Alle Bestellungen werden über DHL (versicherter Versand) verschickt.
EU and NON EU shipping
All orders are shipped with registered/insured DHL airmail. Prices will vary depending of location.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt and in we will issue refunds or exchanges for any reason on unworn & unwashed apparel.

Note: we will exchange for only the exact same product. The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

We will issue exchanges for defective products if not damaged by the transport.
We don't take any responsibility for damages or losses during transport.

Instructions for Consumers / Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or in the case of a contract where multiple items have been ordered within one order, and the items will be shipped separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of the entire order; or in the case of a contract where delivery of the goods takes place in staggered consignments or parts, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last consignment or item.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for delivery for unsealed audio recordings. A product is considered to be unsealed if the protective film of the media bears a notice that the opening of this film is to be regarded as such an unsealing. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, by fax or e-mail).
